ASAT Munai LLP started operating in the oil and gas sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2019. The management and employees of the company have significant experience in handling petroleum products supply in Central Asia as well as export from the Republic of Kazakhstan. Each specialist of the company has accumulated extensive experience in oil refining, transportation and storage of petroleum products, delivery of petroleum products to consumers by rail and road over the years of independence of Kazakhstan.

The activity of ASAT Munai LLP represents a single cycle from the purchase of crude oil to processing into high-quality petroleum products, transportation and sale of petroleum products to end consumers, large enterprises and gas stations in the most cost-effective areas in the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
The subsidiary of ASAT Munai KG LLC actively sells liquefied petroleum gas, sulfur and oil products. The company's main goal is to diversify supplies, which expands its influence on the Central Asian market. It also focuses on exports, providing high-quality products.
Purchase of crude oil from subsoil users;
Agreeing terms and conditions and conclusion of contracts for oil refining at refineries;
Ensuring the supply of oil for processing at Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery LLP and Amangeldy Gas Processing Plant LLP;
Organization of technological processes in order to prepare oil to the appropriate commercial quality.
Planning and coordination of work with refineries, monitoring of oil production;
Organization of activities for the sale of petroleum products to the domestic market and for export;
Ensuring the timely shipment of petroleum products from the refinery to avoid premature/unplanned shutdown of the technological process at the refinery;
Fulfillment of the company's social obligations under plans for shipments of petroleum products to various regions of Kazakhstan in order to stabilize the situation on the domestic market of petroleum products of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ensuring the logistics component of shipments of petroleum products from Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery LLP and Amangeldy Gas Processing Plant LLP for export and the domestic market of Kazakhstan;
Planning, organization, and coordination of railway transportation of petroleum products for export and the domestic market of Kazakhstan.
